CATENA DI MONTAGGIO - ASSEMBLY LINE

Eccoci... dove eravamo rimasti??
da dove partire....questa è la catena di montaggio:

-se non avete tanti soldi e vi basta fare una cosa semplice, basta comprare delle magliette già pronte, un bello stock di fruit of the loom su internet, basta digitare stock fruit t-shirt e vi appariranno 100000 link, costeranno 2 o 3 o 4 euro l'una.

-se invece, come me, volete produrre qualcosa di livello più alto, parlo di qualità, dovete andare a comprarvi il tessuto in un ingrosso, io fortunatamente ho quel famoso amico che mi rivende quella che non usa lui, comunque non penso sia un problema, basta avere la partita IVA, si va la e si compra il tessuto preferito a metri, non ne sono sicuro ma penso che il prezzo oscilli dai 5 ai 15 euro al metro, tenendo conto che per confezionare una maglietta ci vorra all'incirca un metro di stoffa, fate voi i vostri calcoli

-comprata la stoffa si va da una confezionatrice (quella che vi taglia e vi cuce le magliette).
Io, sempre grazie al  mio amichetto che mi passa allegramente i suoi contatti, sono andato da una bravissima e bellissima confezionatrice.
La confezionatrice vi chiederà come volete confezionare le vostre t-shirt e voi ve le farete cucire a misura per voi stessi o la fate cucire addosso a una modella o un modello o le portate un'altra maglietta e ve la farà come quella.Potete anche personalizzarle, cosa fondamentale secondo me, facendoci fare una cucitura di un altro colore o un taglio strano un orlo scucito o una manica più corta, ecc.. ecc..


-ricordatevi che la confezionatrice potrà cucirvi sia l'etichettina bianca del cotone e del lavaggio all'interno, che è obbligatoria, sia l'etichetta della vostra marca.

-le etichette e i cartellini potete farveli fare da un'azienda che vi stamperà le vostre o vi darà uno dei suoi campioni da adattare al vostro brand. la spesa è veramente minima.Ma anche per quello che riguarda questo io ho deciso di fare una cosa più personalizzata, mi faccio fare un timbro o mi faccio uno stancil con il quale stampo il mio logo dentro la maglietta, e i cartoncini me li ritaglio e li disegno io...

I always thank my friend who happily pass me his contacts, I went from a talented and beautiful packager.

The packager will ask you how you want to pack your t-shirt and you've to do sewing made to measure for yourself or you impute to a model or bring another shirt and I will do it like that. 

You can also customize them, which is essential in my opinion, making us do a stitch of another color or a cut edge of a strange kind of rip or a shorter sleeves, etc. .. etc. ..

-Remember that your packager will sew the label: "white cotton and how to wash" on the inside, which is obligatory, both the label of your brand.

-labels and tags can get them done by a company that will print your own or you will give one of his samples to fit your brand. spending is very little. But for what it regards this I decided to do something more personal, I shall have a stamp or a stencil  with my logo that I'll mold inside the shirt, and about the cards I design them and crop them ...
