neverending story
Eccomi....
tutto è andato avanti seppur con tempi lunghissimi, sono praticamente pronto, forse in settimana le magliette sono pronte...
anzi adesso che ci penso dovrebbero essere anche stirate...mio dio
Non pensavo ci volesse tanto tempo, così tanto che sono stato consigliato da un Buyer di prestigiosi negozi di abbigliamento della zona di tirarle fuori in autunno..
in effetti tra poco più di un mese inizieranno i saldi e non so quanti negozi si prenderebbero della nuova merce a vendere
COMUNQUE cosa è successo in questi 39 giorni???
ho portato le tees, solo il pezzo frontal,e dallo stampatore, ho dovuto aspettare circa un mese, lui le ha stampate in uno o due giorni.... fanculo, le ho poi riportate dal confezionatore che dovrà cucirle con la parte dietro e inserire i biglettini delle taglie e del cotone 100%
in settimana dovrebbero essere pronte
Dovrò poi portarle dallo stiratore e dovrò sborsare altri soldi...
Ho fatto fare i timbri per i cartellini e per stampare nella maglia la marca ed in tutto con anche i tamponi e gli inchiostri spenderò altri 100 euro
Ho speso poi anche 160 euro circa per la registrazione del marchio!!!!
a presto per le foto!!! finalmente!!!

everything has been going though with a very long time, they are almost ready, maybe in weeks t-shirts are ready ...

should be ready in week
I did make the stamps for the cards and to print on the tee the brand, and with all the pads and inks will spend another 100 €
I then also spent approximately 160 € for the registration of the mark!!

ma che oooooooooh - but ooooooooooooh
Bela eccomi tornato....
anche se ancora è tutto fermo mi metto a scrivere sapendo quanto state male a non avere più mie notizie...
Nel frattempo sono andato a comprare il cotone, è stato difficile trovare quello che volevo, un jersey 100% cotone leggero non elasticizzato...

Comunque un passo importante è stato fatto, da qua non si torna più indietro vista la spesa!!
Ma torniamo alla cronaca tecnica:
Portato poi il tessuto dal confezionatore è saltata fuori un'altra magagna parlando della stampa...
Facciamo un passo indietro, lo stampatore mi ha detto che sarebbe meglio portargli il tessuto ancora scucito perchè lo spessore potrebbe causare problemi di precisione e definizione alla stampa..
Detto questo al confezionatore, mi avverte che la parte frontale stampata potrebbe restringersi e non combaciare poi più con la parte di dietro da cucire, indi per cui ho portato allo stampatore un pezzo davanti per fare una prova per poi vedere quanto si restringe e decidere se portargli le maglie ancora scucite o già confezionate...
tutti questi movimenti però richedono settimane e io sono ancora qua a non fare un vazzo.....
potrei in effetti mettermi a fare i cartellini che saranno lunghissimi da fare, tutti decorati a mano uno a uno...
potrei poi andare a farmi fare i timbri ma ormai è venerdì, aspetterò la prossima settimana!!!
ALTRE COSE CHE HO DOVUTO COMPRARE DI CUI NON AVEVO IDEA:
-buste plastica per magliette (ancora non so il prezzo ma spero sia basso)
-etichette standard cotone 100% e lavaggio da mettere obbligatoriamente rotolo da 1000 (12 euro)
-etichetta con taglia ricamata e piegata 3 buste da 1000 con S,M,L (7 euro a busta)
Bricolage e cancelleria per creare i cartellini 23 euro, tra spago, spilline da balia e altri tricks che non vi dico se no mi copiate l'idea!!
cos'altro... domani saròo al vinitaly per chi volesse venirsi a bere un bicer de vin
propositi per la prossia settimana:
-sperare che lo stampatore mi chiami per dirmi che le stampe sono pronte
-sperare che la maglia stampata non si sia ristretta troppo
-fare partire la produzine dal confezionatore
-andare a ritirare le etichette
-andare a far fare i timbri col marchio
-iniziare a creare i cartellini
DOVREI POI ANCHE VERIFICARE SE POSSO UTILIZZARE QUESTO BRAND...

That said the packer tells me that the front printed shrink and could not fit more then the behind part of sewing, so then I took a piece in front of the printer to make a test to see how it shrinks and then decide whether to bring the tees still ripped or ready-made ...
all these movements, however, reclaim weeks and I'm still here to do a Vazzano .....
I could actually do to put the cards that will be very long to do, all decorated by hand one by one ...
I could then go to make me do the stamps but now it's Friday, I'll wait next week!
OTHER THINGS THAT I HAVE TO BUY I had no idea:
plastic-bags T-shirt (still do not know but I hope the price is low)
labels-standard 100% cotton and wash by putting mandatory roll 1000 (12 €)
label-size embroidered and folded, 3 bags with 1000 pieces S, M, L (7 euro per bag)
DIY and stationery to create the labels 23 €, including twine, badges and other tricks of the mercy that I will not say no if YOU copie the idea!
what else ... Tomorrow I'll be to theVINITALY for those who want to come and drink a glass of wine

Si avvicina San Patrizio - St.Patrick is comming!!
Giovani eroi!!
Salute a tutti i miei milioni di seguaci...qualcuno conosce un modo per pubblicizzare il blog?..
Ieri sono andato in un super negozio di timbri dove sono riuscito a trovare quello che cercavo, praticamente ti creano il timbro come vuoi tu, sia un disegno che una scritta particolare, basta dare il file ed il gioco è fatto..
Un disegno di 5 cm di diametro costa sui 25 euromei mentre una scritta di circa 10 cm per 3 cm costa sui 16 eurogalli, poi hanno l'inchiostro per tessuti e tampone... un 10 e lode per il super negozietto!!
anche questo trick è fatto, mi mancano poi da comprare delle cordicelle e delle spillette da balia per attaccare i cartellini alle maglie, dovrò anche fare uno stancil del marchio e comprare una bomboletta spry per creare i cartellini e comprare il mitico NORMOGRAFO per aggiungerci taglia e numero della maglia..
Oggi vado a prendere le visure per le fatture e domani se dio vuole vado a prendere i tessuti, adesso contatto anche chi di dovere...
VI VOLEVO POI RICORDARE CHE DOMANI è SAN PATRIZIO, uno dei miei patroni dunque sarò in fiesta dal tardo pomeriggio a notte inoltrata!!

Heil to all my millions of followers ... someone knows a way to advertise this blog? ..
Yesterday I went to a super store stamps where I could find what I was looking, you practically create the stamp as you want, either a particular design or a sign, just give the file and you're done ..
A design of 5 cm in diameter costs about 25 € and a written record of about 10 cm to 3 cm costs about 16, then have the indelible ink for fabric and pad ... highest marks and praise for the super store!
even this trick is done, then I miss to buy the strings and pins to attach the tags to the tees, I will also make a stencil of the label and buy a spray to create the cards and buy the legendary NORMOGRAFO, a stencil for adding size and number of tees ..
Today I am going to take an overview of the invoices, and tomorrow, God willing, I'll get the tissues, also now contact the proper authorities ...
